Warranty Period

  • All new Antminers come with a 6-12 month warranty, depending on the model.
  • Warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in hardware components.
  • Malfunctioning of the miner due to non-user-related issues.
  • Faulty power supply units (if purchased with the miner).

What’s Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by improper use, overclocking, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Physical damage due to mishandling or shipping (unless reported immediately upon receipt).
  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as water, fire, or excessive heat.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the malfunctioning unit.
  3. Ship the product back to us for inspection (shipping costs may apply).

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used miners.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
